What you’ll be doing
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Listing Specialist who can manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon and Walmart
- Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend/search keywords
- Upload and manage product images, variations, SKUs, and product attributes
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research
- Optimize existing listings to improve search ranking and conversion
- Manage product catalogs, pricing, inventory, and listing information
- Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and category/attribute issues
- Ensure product listings follow Amazon and Walmart marketplace policies
- Monitor listing performance and make improvements when required
- Coordinate with the design/content team for product images and creatives
- Maintain accurate product data in spreadsheets and internal systems

What We Offer
- 1–2+ years of experience with Amazon and/or Walmart product listings
- Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center
- Knowledge of e-commerce SEO and keyword research
- Strong written English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience managing a large product catalog will be a plus
