What you’ll be doing
NEXT STEP Education System in Islamabad is seeking dedicated lecturers for Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies (SST). The institute supports student development through structured education, career guidance, and modern human resource development models.
Responsibilities:
The role is full-time, on-site in Islamabad, and follows a morning shift.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver clear, engaging lessons aligned with assigned subject objectives and student learning needs.
- Teach concepts through examples, activities, discussions, demonstrations, and appropriate learning resources.
- Prepare lesson plans, class materials, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Assess student performance, maintain accurate academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide suitable academic support or remedial guidance.
- Maintain classroom discipline, encourage participation, and promote respectful learning practices.
- Coordinate with colleagues and management regarding curriculum progress, student concerns, and academic activities.

What we’re looking for
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, English, General Science, or Social Studies.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly using age-appropriate language and practical examples.
- Lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and academic record-keeping skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.
- Ability to prepare worksheets, assignments, tests, presentations, and other instructional materials.
- Student-focused approach with patience, organization, adaptability, and professional conduct.
- Capability to use basic digital tools for lesson preparation, presentations, communication, and documentation.
- Willingness to collaborate with the academic team and participate in institutional activities.
