Fleetwise Dispatch LLC is a logistics and supply chain company supporting organized dispatch operations and the movement of goods. We are seeking a Truck Dispatcher in Lahore to coordinate drivers, routes, shipment schedules, and operational updates while helping ensure reliable and timely transportation services.
Key responsibilities:
The role suits an organized communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment and remain calm while resolving routine operational challenges.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily truck assignments, driver availability, pickup and delivery schedules.
- Monitor shipments and vehicle progress, maintaining accurate dispatch and status records.
- Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, warehouses, and internal operations teams.
- Identify delays, route issues, or delivery exceptions and escalate them promptly.
- Update transportation management systems, spreadsheets, logs, and related documentation.
- Support efficient route planning, appointment coordination, and compliance with operating procedures.
- Maintain professional communication and contribute to smooth supply chain workflows.

What we’re looking for
- Practical understanding of truck dispatch, transportation coordination, or logistics operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for regular driver and customer coordination.
- Ability to schedule pickups and deliveries, track shipment progress, and manage changing priorities.
- Good knowledge of route planning, dispatch records, proof-of-delivery documentation, and operational follow-up.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, messaging tools, and transportation or dispatch management systems.
- Strong attention to detail when entering data, updating statuses, and reviewing schedules.
- Ability to identify delays, communicate exceptions, and escalate issues using sound judgment.
- Reliable teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
