Position Details
Location: Karachi – On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Commission/target-based only
Fixed Salary: No fixed monthly salary
Shifts:
Morning: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Communicate with international clients and potential leads
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication
- Negotiate with prospects and work toward closing sales
- Maintain accurate lead and client records
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
What we’re looking for
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Confidence in dealing with international clients
- Good negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills can apply
