About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Sales Representative to support inbound and outbound sales efforts during peak demand periods, marketing campaigns, and new onboardings. The role involves explaining and qualifying leads, converting prospects into successful leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
• Explain Tameer.ai platform features, AI tools, and service packages clearly
• Qualify prospects, including buyers, investors, and contractors
• Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insight
• Support product platform and promotional campaigns

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfort explaining digital products and AI solutions
• Ability to work flexible, on-call hours
