What you’ll be doing
EBone Network Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Telemarketing professional for its Karachi team. This on-site, full-time morning-shift role supports business development through structured outbound calling.

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using approved lists and scripts.
- Introduce company services, identify customer requirements, and communicate relevant information clearly.
- Qualify prospects and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the relevant team.
- Record outcomes, customer details, and follow-up actions accurately in company systems.
- Handle customer questions professionally and escalate complex matters when required.
- Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and performance targets.
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and local languages as required.
- Confident, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to explain technology-related services in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Basic prospect qualification, objection handling, and appointment-setting skills.
- Comfort working with scripts, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
- Basic computer literacy, including data entry and use of spreadsheets or customer management systems.
- Good organization, punctuality, persistence, and ability to work toward measurable targets.
- Ability to remain calm, accurate, and customer-focused during high-volume calling.
