Branch Manager

Logistics Mode Pvt Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations at its Karachi branch and support reliable logistics and supply chain services across the assigned market. The role is responsible for coordinating people, processes, customers, and service partners while maintaining operational efficiency and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, shipment coordination, dispatch activities, and delivery performance.
• Lead, coach, and schedule branch staff while promoting accountability, teamwork, and safe working practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators, service quality, operating costs, and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Review branch reports, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Support business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to expand branch services.
• Ensure accurate documentation, inventory or shipment records, cash controls where applicable, and timely management reporting.
