What you’ll be doing
Nokhba.AI is seeking a part-time DevOps Engineer to maintain, secure, and improve its remote cloud infrastructure as the platform grows.
The role works closely with the development team to keep infrastructure stable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.

- Manage cloud and server infrastructure, production and development environments.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable application deployments.
- Monitor system performance, application availability, infrastructure health, logs, and backups.
- Configure and maintain domains, DNS, SSL certificates, servers, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, downtime, performance issues, and deployment problems.
- Apply security updates and manage access, credentials, environment variables, and deployment configurations securely.
- Optimize infrastructure and reduce unnecessary hosting or cloud costs.
- Document infrastructure, deployment, backup, and recovery procedures.
- Help prepare the platform for future growth and increased user traffic.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Linux server administration and infrastructure management skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git/GitHub deployment workflows.
- Good knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
- Understanding of networking, DNS, SSL certificates, firewalls, and server security.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, backups, recovery, and production troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently, resolve infrastructure issues, and communicate clearly through technical documentation.
- Experience with AI or SaaS platforms, PostgreSQL or relational databases, Redis, Nginx, cloud cost optimization, or data-protection practices is an advantage.
