We are seeking a Marketing and Sales professional to build market presence, identify business opportunities, and develop relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Research construction, industrial, and infrastructure markets to identify qualified prospects and new opportunities.
- Promote steel structure services to developers, contractors, manufacturers, and other relevant business clients.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications in coordination with technical and project teams.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and provide regular progress and market feedback updates.
- Build long-term client relationships through professional communication and responsive account support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and support business development activities.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify prospects and develop B2B sales opportunities in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial markets.
- Understanding of lead generation, customer follow-up, proposal preparation, and sales pipeline management.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office or comparable tools for reports, presentations, quotations, and activity tracking.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical and commercial teams.
- Organized, target-focused, proactive, and capable of managing multiple prospects and follow-ups.
- Professional written and spoken English; knowledge of local business communication practices is an advantage.
