- Record outcomes, updates, and supporting details in company systems.
- Follow approved scripts, privacy practices, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
- Coordinate with outreach and enrollment colleagues to resolve missing or conflicting information.
- Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, attendance, and service-quality targets.
