Job Description
Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for a vacancy available at their office in Karachi, the candidate should have the right qualification and must possess the right set of skill required for the job.
The candidate should have 10 to 15 years in the same domain of work or at least 8 years of experience as a business unit head in a well repudiated organization in Pakistan.
Job Specification
The candidate is expected to perform these duties;
- Increases management's effectiveness by training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
- Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
