- Identify and pursue new business prospects among local companies and organizations.
- Present digital services clearly, matching solutions to customer requirements and budgets.
- Conduct client meetings, sales visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups within the assigned territory.
- Prepare quotations, maintain accurate sales records, and coordinate with internal teams through the conversion process.
- Build client relationships and support retention, referrals, and repeat business.
- Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve sales approaches.
- Meet agreed activity, pipeline, revenue, and reporting targets.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct prospecting, and close B2B or service-based sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain digital services in clear, customer-focused language.
- Confident handling of client meetings, sales calls, demonstrations, objections, and follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, online research, and sales reporting.
- Organized pipeline management with consistent attention to targets and documentation.
- Professional, self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- Fluent spoken and written English; Urdu communication skills are highly useful for local clients.
