What you’ll be doing

Full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role in Karachi, Pakistan. Morning shift. Provides technical support for software applications, operating systems, user accounts, and basic network connectivity.

Responsibilities

Gather issue details, reproduce faults, assess impact, troubleshoot problems, and apply root-cause analysis.
Use service-desk workflows to prioritize, escalate, resolve, and document support requests.
Explain technical steps to users and follow through on unresolved issues.
Handle financial-service information securely and confidentially.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other support teams.
Learn fintech products, tools, and support procedures.

What we’re looking for

Troubleshooting across software applications, operating systems, user accounts, and basic network connectivity.
Knowledge of ticketing or service-desk workflows, including prioritization, escalation, and resolution documentation.
Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical steps to non-technical users.
Customer-focused service, patience, ownership, and follow-through.
Careful documentation and secure handling of confidential information.
Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams.
Adaptability and willingness to learn fintech products and tools.
