- Amazon Offer & Promotion Management: Create, schedule, and monitor Amazon offers, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and percentage-off promotions.
- Listing & Offer Audits: Audit product offers, buybox status, pricing updates, and listing health on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
- Competitor & Price Analysis: Track pricing rules, promotional strategies, and offer structures on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
What we’re looking for
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data cleaning, and structured reporting).
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with an organized approach to workflow management.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, or Etsy Shop Manager.
- Basic understanding of Amazon offer creation rules, promotion types, and listing structures.
- Direct, practical experience in managing Amazon offers and promotional campaigns.
- Exposure to multi-channel operations across Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
- Mentorship from experienced e-commerce operations leaders.
- Formal Internship Completion Certificate and Recommendation Letter.
