We are seeking a dependable Patient Attendant to provide respectful, compassionate support to clients in their homes and help maintain their comfort, safety, and dignity.

This role is based in Karachi and involves providing in-home care. A calm, respectful approach, reliability, and a strong commitment to patient dignity are essential.

- Assist patients with daily personal care, mobility, positioning, and other routine activities according to their needs and care plan.
- Provide attentive companionship and communicate patiently with patients and their families.
- Observe and promptly report changes in a patient's condition or wellbeing to the appropriate family member or healthcare professional.
- Support safe transfers and follow hygiene, infection prevention, and home safety practices.
- Help keep the patient's immediate care area clean, organized, and comfortable.
- Follow instructions from family members and clinical staff while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Provide updates on care tasks completed and raise concerns promptly.

What we’re looking for
