What you’ll be doing
Reyzen Logistics is seeking Sales Agents to support its logistics and transportation services from its Karachi office. This full-time role is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and follows an evening-to-overnight schedule, Monday through Saturday.
The successful candidate will engage prospective customers, explain relevant service options, and help develop lasting client relationships.

The work schedule is 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Saturday, at the company’s Karachi location.

Responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective customers to introduce the company’s logistics and transportation services.
- Understand customer shipping and delivery needs, provide suitable service information, and respond to inquiries.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Support the preparation of quotations and coordinate customer requirements with internal operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Work toward assigned sales objectives while delivering professional customer service.

What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive customer engagement skills.
- Ability to prospect for new clients, qualify leads, and maintain an organized follow-up pipeline.
- Customer-focused approach to understanding logistics needs and explaining service options clearly.
- Confident negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a professional and resilient manner.
- Accurate record keeping and familiarity with documenting sales activity using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or similar systems.
- Ability to coordinate customer requests with internal teams and manage several follow-ups reliably.
- Good time management, target orientation, and willingness to work the stated evening and overnight schedule.
- Professional spoken communication in Urdu; English communication is beneficial.
