- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned buyers
- Communicate with buyers regarding offers, orders and requirements
- Follow up with buyers and maintain regular communication
- Assist in sales, negotiations and closing deals
- Maintain accurate buyer, sales and deal records
- Prepare sales reports and daily updates
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders and deliveries
- Conduct market and buyer research
- Handle emails, documentation and routine sales activities
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of Excel and email communication
- Ability to manage multiple buyers and follow-ups
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proactive, focused and target-oriented
- Experience in yarn trading or exporting will be an advantage
