Lead Generation & Cold Calling Associate (Commission-Based, Remote)

About the Role

SyncBrand is a digital agency offering website development, branding, app development, digital marketing and SEO. We're looking for motivated callers to connect local businesses with our services and book demo meetings.

Responsibilities

• Find and call local businesses without a website (cafes, restaurants, clinics, salons, real estate).
• Explain SyncBrand's website packages clearly and confidently.
• Book a Google Meet demo as the first meeting.
• Hand over interested leads to the SyncBrand team for closing.
• Follow up with prospects and keep a simple record of your calls.

Requirements

• Good spoken English and Urdu.
• Confident, polite communication and comfort with cold calling.
• A personal phone and a stable internet connection.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• No prior experience needed. Sales experience is a plus.

Compensation

Commission-only: 20% per closed project. Website packages range from PKR 15,000 to 130,000+, so earnings grow with each deal you bring in. Commission is paid after the website is delivered and the client's payment is received.
