What you’ll be doing
Sonya Travel Limited is an e-commerce company offering online travel products and services to customers. We are seeking a Travel Consultant to help customers plan and arrange trips through a convenient, service-focused online experience. This role combines travel knowledge, clear communication and careful coordination to support customers from initial inquiry through booking confirmation.

- Understand customers’ travel needs, preferences, dates and budgets, then recommend suitable destinations and travel options.
- Research and coordinate flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and other travel services using available booking platforms and supplier information.
- Prepare clear itineraries and explain booking details, conditions, payment requirements and relevant travel documentation.
- Process reservations, changes and cancellations accurately, and keep customer and booking records up to date.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, resolve routine booking issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Monitor travel updates and supplier information to provide customers with accurate, timely guidance.
- Work with colleagues to maintain service standards and improve the online customer journey.
What we’re looking for
- Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills, with a courteous and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to identify travel requirements and match them with suitable destinations, itineraries and services.
- Working knowledge of flight, hotel and tour booking processes; familiarity with reservation systems or online travel platforms is an advantage.
- Accuracy in entering passenger, itinerary, payment and booking information, with close attention to details and travel conditions.
- Effective organization and time management when handling multiple customer requests, bookings and follow-ups.
- Confident use of email, web-based tools, spreadsheets and digital communication channels.
- Problem-solving skills for changes, cancellations, schedule updates and routine travel-service concerns.
- Professional discretion when handling customer information and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
