Outbound Sales Caller

About the Role

TozoraTech is looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Sales Caller to join its sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company's services, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
• Introduce TozoraTech's website and digital services professionally.
• Identify potential clients and their business requirements.
• Explain services, including Website Development, Web Design, Logo Design, and SEO.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calling.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and messages.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the sales/project team regarding qualified leads.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Outbound Calling, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Sales.
• Good English communication and conversation skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to communicate with international clients.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Previous experience selling IT, web development, digital marketing, or related services will be a plus.
