Kovo is a Gen-Z space built around fun, creativity, community, and memorable experiences. We're creating a space where people can meet, connect, try new things, and genuinely enjoy themselves through creative activities, meetups, events, collaborations, and experiences.

About the Role

This isn't a typical desk internship. As an Events & Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founder and the Kovo team to help turn ideas into real events, activities, collaborations, and experiences across Lahore.

What You'll Do

Events & Experiences

• Assist with planning Kovo events, activities, meetups, and experiences.
• Help create event timelines, checklists, task lists, and execution plans.
• Research potential venues, activities, experiences, and event ideas.
• Assist with planning the logistics and requirements for upcoming events.
• Support the team during on-ground Kovo events and activities.
• Help with event preparation, coordination, and post-event tasks.
• Collect and organize event feedback and relevant information.

Partnerships & Collaborations

• Research potential brands, cafés, communities, creators, organizations, and businesses for future collaborations.
• Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities that align with Kovo.
• Research what different potential partners could bring to Kovo.
• Assist the founder in preparing partnership and collaboration ideas.

Operations & Coordination

• Assist with Kovo's day-to-day operational activities.
• Maintain task trackers, checklists, databases, and internal documents.
• Help organize information and keep operational work structured.
• Follow up internally on assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Assist the founder with planning and coordination.
• Help keep different parts of a project moving according to timelines.
• Support with research and other operational tasks as Kovo grows.

Coordination With Marketing Team

• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding upcoming events and activities.
• Share relevant event details, timelines, requirements, and updates.
• Help ensure marketing and operations are aligned.
• Assist in providing the marketing team with information needed for event promotion.
• Coordinate internally on campaign/event timelines and deliverables.
• Support the team in making sure planned activities are executed according to schedule.

Experience

Previous event-management experience is not required but a plus. We're more interested in your personality, initiative, organization, communication skills, creativity, and willingness to learn. University students, fresh graduates, and candidates with experience in societies, event planning, volunteering, community building, or similar activities are welcome to apply.

This is a performance-based internship. Your growth, responsibilities, and future opportunities within Kovo will depend on your performance, initiative, reliability, consistency, and contribution to the team. We're looking for someone who wants to genuinely contribute to building Kovo — not simply complete assigned tasks.

Location & Travel

Lahore, Pakistan. The role is primarily remote, with on-ground involvement required for selected Kovo events and activities, venue visits, team meetings, event preparation, and other Kovo-related activities. Travel expenses for approved Kovo-related work, meetings, venue visits, and events will be covered by Kovo.

Internship Duration

4 Months. Further opportunities may be considered based on performance and the evolving needs of Kovo.
