Software Engineering Technical Interview Specialist

At Gold Lake Tech International, we are looking for a technically skilled professional to join our team as a Software Engineering Technical Interview Specialist.

Your primary responsibility will be to successfully handle and clear technical interviews for Software Engineering roles for authorized US-based professional profiles.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong knowledge of Software Engineering, programming, software development, and related technical concepts, along with excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.

You should be able to understand technical questions quickly, provide accurate answers, think effectively under pressure, and communicate confidently during extended technical discussions.

2+ years of relevant technical experience is preferred. We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, confidence in professional technical interviews, and a serious commitment to long-term work with our team.
