Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identify and develop relevant sales opportunities.
- Communicate confidently and persuasively with prospects.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle objections and customer queries professionally.
- Use effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team.
- Remain productive during UK business hours.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience in Outbound Telesales, B2B Sales, or Call Center Sales.
- UK market or UK sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented, motivated, and resilient personality.
