We are seeking a creative, motivated Social Media Advertising Executive to grow awareness and online sales while supporting customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

This role is based in Rawalpindi and is suited to someone who combines creative judgment with data-driven execution. The successful candidate will contribute to a consistent, trustworthy online brand presence and help turn relevant social audiences into customers.

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns to promote apparel products and seasonal offers.
- Develop engaging fashion-focused ad content, including copy, creative concepts, and campaign briefs aligned with the brand.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns using audience targeting, budgets, placements, and performance data.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and return on advertising spend; prepare clear performance reports.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce and product teams to align campaigns with inventory, product launches, and customer needs.
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and campaign results, then recommend practical improvements.

What we’re looking for
- Practical experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social platforms used for fashion and e-commerce promotion.
- Ability to define audiences, manage campaign budgets, test creative variations, and improve conversion performance.
- Strong advertising copywriting and creative briefing skills, with an eye for apparel, styling, and visual presentation.
- Comfort interpreting campaign metrics, preparing reports, and translating results into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, product promotion, and social media content calendars.
- Organized project coordination, attention to detail, and clear communication when working with internal teams.
