Working remotely from Pakistan on US hours, you'll be the person customers talk to and the one who makes sure every job runs on time—from the first call to the crew showing up at the door. What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and texts—friendly, clear, and professional.
- Book new moves and schedule them into the right day and time slot.
- Assign and confirm moving crews for each job.
- Keep every job accurate and up to date in our CRM.
- Follow up on details—addresses, timing, special items—so nothing slips.
- Solve day-of problems quickly and calmly (reschedules, delays, last-minute changes).
What we're looking for
- Excellent spoken and written English—you’re confident on the phone with US customers.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; you can juggle many jobs at once.
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems.
- Comfortable learning and working in software/CRM tools.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home.
- Available to work US business hours [e.g. 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT].

- Experience in a call center, sales, dispatch, customer support, or virtual assistant role.
- Background working with US or international clients.
