Progressive Academic Services is expanding its RSP (Research & Writing Services) project, focused on providing professional research, writing, editing, documentation, and related support services to clients in the United States and other international markets. We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales Specialist who can handle inbound leads, communicate with potential US clients, understand their requirements, follow up professionally, and convert qualified leads into sales.

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales Specialist who can handle inbound leads, communicate with potential US clients, understand their requirements, follow up professionally, and convert qualified leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to leads from the US market through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant RSP services professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and confidently close sales.
- Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with the research/writing team for smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals.

What we’re looking for
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience dealing with US or international clients will be preferred.
- Proven ability to follow up and close leads.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working night hours according to the US market.
- Experience in research/writing services, education services, digital services, BPO, or similar industries will be an advantage.
