What you’ll be doing
Dong Jian Structure is a steel-structure company delivering pre-engineered steel buildings, fabrication and erection services, electric single-beam cranes, pre-painted sheet panels, steel structures, and PEB accessories. We are seeking a PEB Site Supervisor to coordinate on-site erection work in Faisalabad and ensure that activities are completed safely, to specification, and according to schedule.
Responsibilities
This is a site-based role suited to a hands-on supervisor familiar with steel structures and construction coordination. Regular presence at the project site is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for pre-engineered building steel erection, cladding, and related installation work.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries to maintain an efficient work sequence.
- Review drawings and method statements, communicate work requirements, and monitor installation quality against project specifications.
- Enforce site safety procedures, conduct routine checks, and promptly address unsafe conditions or incidents.
- Track progress, maintain site records, and report delays, material requirements, quality issues, and completed work to project management.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve technical or practical site issues with engineering and fabrication teams.

What we’re looking for
- Practical experience supervising PEB or structural steel erection and construction-site activities.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings, erection plans, and construction specifications.
- Working knowledge of steel installation, bolting, alignment, cladding, and basic quality-control checks.
- Competence in coordinating site crews, subcontractors, materials, tools, and lifting equipment.
- Strong awareness of construction health and safety practices, hazard identification, and safe work procedures.
- Clear communication and daily progress reporting, including recording site issues and work completed.
- Organized, dependable approach to scheduling, problem-solving, and meeting project milestones.
