We are seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial records and dependable reporting across the business.
Responsibilities
This Islamabad-based role works closely with internal teams to provide timely, accurate financial information for ongoing business and development activities.

- Maintain general ledger entries and accurate records of income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations, financial statements and management reports.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts and bank transactions, ensuring supporting documents are complete.
- Monitor project-related costs and help track budgets, cash flow and variances.
- Support accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding balances and resolve routine discrepancies.
- Assist with tax documentation, audit requests and compliance with applicable accounting requirements.
- Organize financial files and recommend improvements to accounting controls and reporting processes.
This Islamabad-based role works closely with internal teams to provide timely, accurate financial information for ongoing business and development activities.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience with bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, periodic reports and clear supporting schedules.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software; confidence with formulas, data checks and organized digital records.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank transactions and cash-flow tracking.
- Understanding of budget monitoring, expense classification and project-cost documentation.
- Familiarity with Pakistan tax documentation and routine audit support is an advantage.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and ability to investigate discrepancies.
- Effective communication, time management and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
