Its flagship development, Oasis Palm Tower in Faisal Hills, Islamabad, brings together modern apartments, corporate offices, commercial shops and rooftop penthouses. The company emphasizes quality construction, thoughtful planning, transparent dealings and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will coordinate project delivery to help meet approved scope, schedule, quality and cost expectations.

- Plan project activities, milestones, schedules, budgets and resource requirements from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep construction and development work aligned.
- Monitor progress against plans, identify delays or risks early, and develop practical mitigation and recovery actions.
- Oversee quality, safety and compliance requirements in collaboration with relevant technical and site teams.
- Track project costs, procurement needs, change requests and documentation, escalating significant variances appropriately.
- Conduct project and site coordination meetings, maintain clear records, and provide timely progress reports to management.
- Support issue resolution and stakeholder communication while promoting the company’s standards for transparent dealings and customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated project planning and delivery capability, including work breakdowns, schedules, milestones and resource coordination.
- Experience coordinating construction or real estate development stakeholders, such as contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to monitor budgets, costs, procurement, project changes and schedule performance using organized tracking methods.
- Sound understanding of construction quality, site safety, applicable compliance processes and project documentation.
- Strong risk identification, problem-solving and issue-escalation skills, with a focus on timely corrective action.
- Clear written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation, progress reporting and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, project scheduling or project management tools, and standard office software.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities through project completion.
