What you’ll be doing
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with delivery riders for on-time pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the outlet.
- Satisfy all permanent and new clients to increase the retention rate.
- Manage and deal with all associated vendors.
- Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
What we’re looking for
- 2 years of experience in laundry operations is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently with a hands-on attitude.
