Primary Objective:
· Sales of Dish TV. make lead and mature the sales Attaining Customer Satisfaction.
· Improve Perception Level of services offered by the company.
· Establishing Relationship with the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide a customer service by answering telephone inquires timely, accurately, professionally and courteously.· Identify and resolve services related technical and billing issues of the customers.
· Accurately enter the activity in the database with proper work code.
· Continuously adapt technical aptitude and develop customer services skills to improve the quality of services.
· Receive the Sales Leads and forward to concerned person.
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Specification
· Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
· Punctuality and excellent time keeping and wind up the call in turn around time.
· Ability to deal with calls effectively and efficiently.
· Computer literate with good working knowledge of database management.
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail and able to maintain records.
· Problem solving (identifying root cause through questioning and address them).
· Have a polite but direct telephone manner.
· Interpersonal communication (ability to actively listen, question appropriately, provide feedback, and use the skills to build customer relationship.
· Resolve Issues (using effective interpersonal skills to resolve different situation).
· Demonstrated proficiency using standard office software applications.
