- Take responsibility for the business performance
- Analyse and plan company sales levels and profitability;
- Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and advertising
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, progress, check in and check out timings and work quality
- Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development;
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff;
- Respond to customer queries and complaints;
- Meet and greet customers
- Maintain high standards of quality control
- Maintain discipline at the office and sort payments out for the staff
Job Specification
Strong leadership, motivational and management skills along with a background in finances/accounting.
Should be able to maintain discipline at the office, record check in and check out timings of the staff, supervise all the work as instructed, report problems/trouble makers to the administration, greet/seat guests, distribute salaries, etc.
