Job Description
- Ensure that salary advice reach to CO Human Resources Department latest by the deadline mentioned in the Salary Advice process
- Keep up-to-date records of Attendance of all the staff based at Schools
- Keep up-to-date records of EOBI/SESSI and ensure that all the employees are registered
- Keep up-to-date records of leave balances of all the employees based at schools
- Ensure that proper processes are followed if employees not reporting for duty in coordination with Heads/Principal.
- Ensure to fulfill all the required formalities of employee severance, mentioned in the Resignation Process and sent to Human Resources CO for finalization of F&F settlements.
- Ensure to compile performance appraisal summary and send to CO-HR along with performance appraisal forms for processing of yearly increment.
- Ensure to complete all the relevant document of new employees and send to CO Human Resources Department.
- Provide support to Head in recruiting employees as and when required.
- Any other relevant task as and when assigned.
Job Specification
The incumbent must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (including proficiency in English, Urdu and local languages), alongside good analytical, reporting and presentation skills and proficiency in MS office suite
