Job Description
1. Receive production schedule from P.M / G.M (Tech.) and make the necessary arrangements for the implementation of this schedule.
2. Study previous day's log report and inform P.M / G.M (Tech.) of any thing out of discipline (Admin & Technical).
3. Responsible for the smooth running of weaving department.
4. Co-ordinate with mechanical depart for schedule / preventive maintenance of all looms.
5. Provide training to subordinates for better performance of weaving process.
6. Monitor daily production report, waste report and monthly stock report.
7. Co-ordinate with extrusion line regarding tape quality.
8. Receive loom wise fabric size report and miss pick report from quality department and if required provide necessary instruction to jobbers, weavers.
9. Maintain Roll Data Report and transfer rolls to coating line quality wise.
10. Initiate corrective action request in case of any nonconformity identified in the department. Implement and maintain the quality management system ISO 9001 in his department
