Job Description
- Receive production schedule from P.M / G.M (Tech.) and make the necessary arrangements for the implementation of this schedule.
- Study the previous day's log report and inform P.M / G.M (Tech.) of any thing out of discipline (Admin & Technical).
- Give suggestions for research and development to project committee.
- Responsible for smooth running of coating line.
- Co-ordinate with mechanical depart for schedule / preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Provide training to subordinates for better performance of coating process.
- Communicate production schedule to his subordinates.
- To check the following quality reports and do required adjustment if required and to intimate P.M / G.M (Tech.)
- Adhesion report 10. Weight per square meter.
- Check the all parameters of machine and if required make necessary changes for better quality with prior approval of P.M / GM (Tech.).
- Co-ordinate with other departments incharge for transferring / receiving of un-coated and coated fabrics.
- Maintain production records of coating line properly.
- Make sure that all processes in Coating are carried out as per the required specification.
- Initiate the corrective action request in case of any nonconformity identified in the depart.
- Implement and maintain the quality management system ISO 9001 requirements in his department.
- Keep tools and other equipment in serviceable condition for better operation of coating line.
- Co-ordinate with mechanical / electrical department for schedule / corrective maintenance of coating line.
