Job Description
1. Receive the production work order from P.M and make necessary arrangements for implementation of the given schedule.
2. Make sure that production is carried out according to the given specifications.
3. Check the production status as well as production records.
4. Study the previous day's log report and inform P.M / GM (Tech.) of any thing out of discipline (Admin & Technical).
5. Responsible for smooth running of convertex department.
6. Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance as per the schedule of maintenance department.
7. Provide training to subordinates for better performance of convertex department.
8. Check all quality reports about the sacks and take appropriate actions against any discrepancy found during the production process.
9. Initiate corrective action request in case of any discrepancy found during the production process.
