Job Description
Required a Personal Assistant.
Following are the key duties of this job:
- Taking Dictation,
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of meetings,
- Generate meeting reminders to CEO in a professional manner,
- Review, organize and respond to mail,
- Manage bill payments,
- Ensure guests meeting with the CEO are well taken care of Day to day running around
- Other duties as assigned
Job Specification
Should have pleasant personality with Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent organisational / management skills, ability to multi-task and organise others.
Must have past relevant experience
