Job Description
1. Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
2. Provide support in installation & configuration of the machines i.e. (Printers, Copiers, Scanners, Multimedia Projectors & UPS) at office & at customer end as well.
3. Provide technical support to the customer/clients at their offices and other prescribed locations.
Job Specification
High demonstrable experience and/or industry recognized qualifications in all of the following areas:
· Hardware/ Software, including peripherals, Printers, Copiers & Scanners.
· Microsoft Operating Systems
· Microsoft Office Support
· Local and Wide Area Network technologies.
