Job Description

AdMark Solutions is a Chicago based digital marketing agency with its office in Bahria Town, Rwp/Isb is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in-house to deliver remarkable digital content and experiences.A junior graphic designer will be ready to work with senior creative staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects.

Responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of campaigns, an understanding of typography, layout, and art direction will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible.An excellent knowledge of the following tools is required:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
Knowledge and experience in:
  • Direct Mail & Ad Creation
  • Photo/Video
  • Web design
Communication is a big part of the job, so the junior designer must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process. Keeping a finger on the pulse of current trends is also key.

The specific details of a junior designer’s role will vary depending on the role, but common activities include:
  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
  • Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
  • Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

Job Specification

Skills required:

A junior designer needs a wide range of design and creative capabilities. These include:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related studies, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 Years of experience managing print, digital, and creative projects preferable
  • Print and web design experience including familiarity with full Adobe CC: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Distiller
  • Video editing/animation experience including familiarity with After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS
  • Skilled in PC platform, Microsoft Office Suite, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A determination to achieve and succeed
  • Some creative industry experience
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
  • A background of working as part of a design team
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production
  • Consistency regardless of project size
  • Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
  • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
  • Desire to grow and have fun while doing so
