Job Description
- Manage and maintain company’s monitoring systems 24/7 including status and performance of network, ISP services and facilities.
- Monitor and maintain network and associated software, including responding to tickets.
- Identify, categorize and accordingly respond to network problems.
- Look after Facilities maintenance such as monitoring and management of air-conditioning, UPS, generators, power usage, running health and safety and housekeeping checks.
- Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, manage changes, upgrades, improvements and integrations.
