We are looking for a self-starter, dedicated and result oriented Team Lead to deliver the desired IT customer service experience. The goal is to drive team to achieve the service success with continuous service improvements.
Responsibilities include: Oversee, control and monitor day to day IT operational activities of the team Provide consolidated stats/progress of all activities in progress of North Zone Interact with client for presenting the overall progress, understand the new requirement and translate these well to his team to get the work done in the required fashion Provide accurate, in time various reports to the client and management Plan, organize and execute the various deployments, Implementations and upgrades Ensuring that all the service levels and timelines are being met Provide application level IT services and customer support remotely and on customer sites Manage all Remote/on-site software installation, level-1, level-2, level-3 troubleshooting/maintenance Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Engage the technical teams for all ongoing issues/activities to resolve within timelines Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/solutions Build positive relationships with customers
Technical requirements: At least 03 to 04 years post qualification IT Technical/Desktop Support Experience with at least 01 to 02 years supervisor/team lead experience in IT Support function of an organization Excellent Windows and applications configuration and troubleshooting skills Have prior experience of Remote IT Support and well versed in using Team Viewer Expertise in using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL Reporting Services configuration and troubleshooting Advance user of Microsoft Office Suite Should have at least intermediate knowledge of Android application installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Other Skills: Able to work in the field when required and willing to Travel/Stay outstation Personal vehicle (at least a Bike) is MUST Proactive attitude and ability to work under stress Analytical thinking and problem solver Prior IT Client Service experience in any IT organization would be an advantage Excellent coaching, and team building skills
