Job Specification
BS degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience;
2+ years of experience in the field of customer service;
Experience with customer service software, databases and/or tools (such as ZenDesk)
Passionate about interacting with people on the Phone
Experience in a high tech, or start-up environment is preferred;
Strong client-facing and communication skills;
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
Customer service orientation.
