The job responsibilities are as follows:
1. Receiving mail and distribution
2. Dictation and letter typing
3. Updating list of cases filed and received on daily basis
4. Informing management of return cases along with reasons thereof
5. Meeting and greeting overseas / local guests
6. Setting appointments
7. Maintaining appointments and updates
Job Specification
Should be good with MS Office, Public relations, communication skills and flexible.
