Job Description

  • Market Competitive Salary
  • Handle in-bound calls over the designated helpline
  • Handle customer query and complaints as per set standards
  • Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stake holders for the resolution of customers problems

  • Should be willing to work in rotational shift timings i.e. Morning / Evening / Night
  • Should be in the age range of 35 years.
  • Should be energetic and team player.
  • Should have command on multi-tasking.
