Plan & direct the installation, testing, operation and maintenance & repair of facility and equipment.
Make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
Analyze market demand and available resources.
Review, approve, or modify product designs.
Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts.
Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
