Travel Sales Adviser

• Arranging flights, transfers and accommodation
• Using a booking system (GDS-SABRE)
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Collecting payments
• Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
• Sending out tickets to clients
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes
• Dealing with complaints or refunds
• Maintaining records
• Meeting profit or sales targets
• Able to communicate in English (accent doesn't matter)
• Duty timing 0400PM - 0100AM

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organisation skills.
• Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
• The ability to cope with pressure at busy times.
• Sales skills, both face to face and over the telephone.
• IT skills.
• An interest in travel.
• Knowledge of geography.
