The developer should also be well-versed in mobile responsive design using frameworks such as Bootstrap 3. The developer should be familiar with testing for cross-browser compatibility issues and load time.
The person should have worked in HTML5, CSS3, JAVASCRIPT, Bootstrap 3 and MVC 4 and 5.
