Job Description
Design, coordinate and implement strategies, objectives, policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resources to support the accomplishment of business objectives.
Advise management on sound practices in the areas of employee relations, organizational planning, recruitment, career development, training, compensation and benefits.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and programs especially as it relates to the Headquarters Office.
Job Specification
A) Language proficiency: able to write & speak in English, Undue, etc.
B) Inter-Personal skills: able to communicate well with people, presentable, etc.
C) Computer literacy: ability to use computers (specify type of software, eg. MSWord, Excel, etc.
D) Supervisory experience: eg. Previously supervised 2-5 employees in a dept.
