The Senior Recruitment Supervisor (Corporate) be involved in achieving the planned recruitment for the year by helping in setting standards on recruitment, accreditation and maintaining pool of recruitment agencies, maintaining web sites as channel in attracting manpower resources, carrying out recruitment / attracting the right candidates at the right time by complying with the set standards of Central Recruitment Department and Human Resources Department..
Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.
Should have At least 8 years’ experience on strategic Recruitment.
Must have ability to comprehend, interprets, communicates and applies variety of HR policies and procedures with clarity and accuracy. A demonstrated commitment to customer service.
Should be able to manage changing workloads and able to provide direction, support, motivation and training to staff in a team environment.
Must have in depth knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, and other relevant software packages.
