Job Description
(1) To update daily product problem report & field technical information request status.
(2) Attend customer complaints at dealers workshop against field technical information request.
(3) Resolution of customer complaints received through customer relations center and feed back to head office.
(4) Assist in conducting regional training / certification / contest of dealer manpower.
(5) Inspection, receiving and dispatching of defective parts.
(6) Arrangement of PPRs and updating CRC complaint status.
Additional Tasks include:
(1) Compilation of CNG cylinder test report, product problem report, Sunday Open report and customer complaint status on monthly basis.
(2) Compilation of received monthly new vehicle delivery report.
